For this high-end residential project we supplied and installed a collection of bespoke timber windows and doors designed to complement the character of the property while bringing more light and a strong connection to the garden.
A key feature of the project was the set of French casement windows, with their elegant arched heads, slender glazing bars and traditional proportions. Finished in Vert de Terre, the soft green tone works beautifully with the existing brickwork, landscaped garden and warm interior palette.
The same finish was carried through to the bespoke timber doors, creating a consistent architectural language across the rear of the property.
Every window and door was made specifically for its opening, allowing the proportions and detailing to feel considered rather than adapted from a standard product.
Viewed from inside, the windows frame the garden almost like a series of pictures, bringing natural light into the dining space while retaining the character expected from traditional timber joinery.
This project is a good example of how bespoke timber windows and doors can introduce modern performance without losing the warmth and individuality of a period London home.
