The project involved the manufacture and installation of bespoke timber windows in a range of styles, including traditional sash windows. All windows were finished in white, creating a bright, consistent appearance across the school building.
The main challenge was the strict two-week programme. All work had to be carefully organised around the school’s half-term closure to minimise disruption to pupils and staff.
The project also required scaffolding, adding another important element to the planning and coordination process. The removal of the existing windows and installation of approximately 80 bespoke replacements had to progress efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Before installation began, the project was carefully planned to make the best possible use of the two-week half-term period.
Our team coordinated the delivery, removal and installation process alongside the scaffolding requirements. This enabled work to progress efficiently across the building and ensured that the bespoke windows were installed within the agreed programme.
