The development required new timber sash windows that would complement the character and proportions of the building while providing the performance expected from a modern window system.
Accuracy was particularly important throughout the process. Every unit needed to be manufactured to its approved specification and coordinated with the construction programme to ensure the installation could proceed efficiently.
Our approach
The project was managed from manufacture through to final installation by the Prime Sash Windows team.
The eleven hardwood units were produced to the required dimensions and specifications, with careful attention given to their proportions, finish and overall consistency. The windows were then prepared for delivery and installed across the residential development.
By managing both supply and installation, we were able to maintain control over the quality of the complete package and coordinate the works directly with the wider project team.
The result
All eleven bespoke timber sash windows were successfully manufactured, supplied and installed, with the project completed on schedule in May 2026.
The completed windows provide a consistent appearance across the development while combining traditional sash window character with contemporary construction and performance.
