Our latest investment at Prime Sash Windows is a Biesse Rover A CNC machining centre, bringing another level of accuracy and consistency to our manufacturing process.
For us, technology isn't about replacing traditional joinery skills. It's about giving our team better tools.
The Rover A allows us to manufacture timber components with high levels of precision and repeatability — particularly valuable when producing bespoke windows or larger orders where consistency across every component matters.
This investment is also part of a wider digital transformation within our workshop. Alongside Joinery Core, our production management system, we're continuing to connect traditional craftsmanship with modern machinery and smarter manufacturing processes.
That approach has recently contributed to Prime Sash Windows powered by Joinery Core being named a finalist in the Smart Factory category at The Manufacturer MX Awards 2026 — an achievement we're incredibly proud of.
For our clients, however, the technology itself isn't the most important part.
What matters is the result: precisely manufactured, beautifully made timber windows built to perform for years to come.
