Meeting Building Regulations

Part L — Thermal Performance

Our double-glazed windows achieve a U-value of 1.4 W/m²K — comfortably below the Part L 2021 requirement of 1.6 W/m²K for replacement windows. Triple glazing brings this to 1.0 W/m²K, and our passive glass option achieves 0.8 W/m²K for Passivhaus-level performance. We provide U-value calculations and thermal data for your SAP assessment.

Part Q — Security (via PAS24)

All our windows meet PAS24 enhanced security as standard — multi-point locking, toughened glass, and reinforced frames. PAS24 compliance is a requirement under Approved Document Q for all new dwellings. We provide test certificates and installation documentation.

FENSA Certification

Our installations are FENSA registered, providing Building Regulations self-certification. Each completed installation receives a FENSA certificate — essential documentation for property conveyancing and warranty purposes.
