Built for Builders
If you are a builder, contractor, or developer, you need three things from a window supplier: reliable delivery dates, consistent quality, and competitive pricing. We deliver all three because we manufacture in-house — no import delays, no quality surprises, no middlemen adding margin.
Why Builders Work With Us
4–5 Week Delivery You Can Plan Around
Our standard lead time is 4–5 weeks from confirmed order. We give you a delivery date at the point of order, and we meet it. Your programme does not stall waiting for windows. Your scaffolding does not sit idle. Your client does not lose confidence.
Direct From Manufacturer
You deal directly with the workshop that makes your windows. No distributor, no sales agent, no middle layer adding cost and delay. When you call, you speak to people who understand joinery — not a call centre reading from a script.
Consistent Specification
Every window is manufactured to the same specification: engineered timber sections, warm-edge sealed glazing units, Sikkens factory-applied paint system, PAS24 security hardware. You do not need to check each delivery for quality variations — the standard is the standard, every time.
Conservation Area Experience
If you work on period properties in London, you know the planning headaches. We manufacture windows that satisfy conservation officers — correct profiles, authentic details, heritage-appropriate finishes. We can supply technical drawings for planning applications and have experience with every London borough.
What We Supply
- Box sash windows — traditional double-hung with cords and lead weights
- Casement windows — flush casement and stormproof designs
- French doors — single and double leaf, inward and outward opening
- Sliding doors — 2 to 4 panel configurations
- Bi-fold doors — 2 to 8 panel configurations
- Fix-frame windows — all shapes including arched and circular
All products are available in any RAL colour, the full Farrow & Ball range, and dual colour (different inside and outside). Double, triple, and passive glazing options. Part L compliant. FENSA certificated installation available or supply-only.
Supply Only or Supply & Install
We offer both. Many builders prefer supply-only and use their own fitting teams. Others prefer our FENSA-registered installation service, which provides Building Regulations self-certification and documentation your client needs for conveyancing. Either way, the windows are the same quality.
